Packages starting at $3,000 -$6,000
Fit up to 700 guests in this 16,000 square foot, air-conditioned hall that resembles a massive barn. There are several entries and doors to adjacent pavilions and a grand entryway with stairs to an elegantly detailed and thoughtful bridal loft for makeup and dressing. Drape the event hall with sheer fabrics in your color choice or string bistro lights to enhance the theme of your event.
Humble enough to suit a small country-style wedding and glamorous enough to put on an elegant, modern show. There is a dance floor and a small stage and a commercial kitchen is included in the space.
The covered pavilion has a finished patio-style floor, measures 4,900 square feet and includes a fire/fountain feature. Use it for your ceremony or an open-air cocktail reception for around 100 to 150 guests.
This patio measures 1,200 square feet and comes with a kitchen and fireplace for an intimate place to celebrate. It holds up to 50 friends and loved ones.
Adult Plates $15.95 and up – Child Plates $5.99 and up
The menu selections for wedding events may be served buffet style or plated and include choices like the down-to-earth South Texas Service, featuring comfort foods like cookout fixings, meatloaf and smoked Texas barbecue. Fancier dinners include entrees like apricot chicken, filet mignon medallions and lemon herb salmon.
Vegetarian options are available along with Dessert options to include, but not limited to: chocolate dipped strawberries, peach cobbler, and Oreo cheesecake.
Reserve at Dancing Elk Ranch offers in-house catering and bar services only. The venue provides some event rentals and helps find local vendors to furnish the items they don’t have on hand for wedding events.
All alcoholic beverages will be purchased and consumed within the facilities ONLY.
